Protection of Employees (Employers’ Insolvency) Acts 1984 to 2012
This legislation deals with situations where an organisation has become insolvent and allows an employee to apply to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment for payment of certain debts owed by the employer.
Protection of Employment (Exceptional Collective Redundancies and Related Matters) Act 2007
This Act provides for the establishment of a Redundancy Panel, for the reference to it of certain proposed collective redundancies and for related action by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2015
